Domain names ordered through our website become active within minutes after payment confirmation in the system. It is very important that you fill in all the fields during registration (Codice Fiscale or company tax data - in the case of .it domains).
If not all fields are filled in when you place your order, the activation is not automatic and requires prior verification by us.
Server name allocation - at the time of registration it is important to specify the server name on which the domain will be hosted. If no name servers are specified, the default ones (ns1.wareserv.com and ns2.wareserv.com) will be used.
Personal data - it is important to use correct data when registering. The use of false data is forbidden and may lead to the suspension of the domain name or the impossibility of future transfers.
Special confirmations (for .com domains) - for .com domains an additional confirmation is required within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation link by email.
If you have activated an SSL certificate in cPanel but your website is still accessed using the http:// protocol, you will need to follow the steps below to set your website to use the correct protocol.
Step 1. Log into the control panel by going directly to the form link in your browser: domain.en/wp-admin (domain.en is replaced by your domain name).
Step 2. From the control panel select Settings -> General.
Step 3. In the "WordPress Address (URL)" and "Site Address (URL)" fields, change the protocol to "http://www." to "https://www." - simply add an "s" after http.
Step 4. Save the changes for updating.
At this point you have enabled SSL at the platform level and can test its operation by visiting the site.
All web hosting packages are backed up daily with JetBackup and Synconix solutions. Data backups are performed automatically once every 24/48 hours in two different locations and are kept for 10 days in rotation + 3 backups from the last 3 months.
Customers can perform restores for files or databases directly from cPanel using either solution, or open a support ticket requesting the restore.
We also provide customers with Full Backup directly in cPanel and recommend manually backing up periodically and saving to external storage.
The price of a dedicated IP is $3/month and can be allocated on request to all hosting accounts that do not yet have such an IP. IP allocation is done at night as it requires some propagation time.
The dedicated IP helps better indexing in search engines and sending mail to the INBOX. With the dedicated IP allocation our team will also perform a Reverse DNS / PTR Record.
Once you've decided to move your website to us, we help you make the transition easily through our migration service. This is available free of charge and is carried out after you have purchased one of our web hosting packages.
For our customers who wish to transfer their web hosting account to us, we offer the migration service from 09:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday. This way, you can rely on our help at any time of the day during the week.
