How do we access WebMail? #
Your Webmail account can be accessed via the following link:
http://www.minedomain.com/webmail, where “yourdomainname” is your current domain. If it doesn’t work for you it may be because your internet provider is blocking access to non-standard ports loaded with SSL connections.
In this case you should use the following link:
http://webmail.servername.com, where “servername.com” is the server name.
Webmail login from cPanel #
If you log in to Webmail via the specific icon on the main cPanel page, logging in will be done automatically with your default email account details. Do not use this default email account because very often emails sent by the system will go into the Junk section.
So to use your email you need to make another email account with the same or different name.
To log in to one of your email accounts in cPanel, you need to go to the Email section, Email Accounts and click on the Access Webmail link next to the account you want to access. Then enter the password for that account and click Login.
How to send e-mail via Webmail? #
This can be done very simply through the webmail client you have chosen. Just find the New Message button in Horde, the Compose button in Squirrelmail or the Create a New Message button in RoundCube and you will be able to write the message you want.
You should make sure that your message if it is a longer one that requires more time to write is always saved. The web mail program after a certain amount of time disconnects itself.
How to access WebMail from your phone #
There is an even easier way to access your official emails directly from your phone. To do this, you’ll need to make a few settings in your phone. We have a dedicated article for each operating system.
